Titan series is applicable for all types of horizontal injection machine under 5000 ton. Full AC servo motor driven on each axis, take-out at super high-speed(1.5sec.) and dry cycle time within 12 seconds. It constantly positions the robot arm and end-of-arm tooling to degrees of accuracy within +∮0.15mm. Program can be taught, the motion can be set according to different requirement, with high-efficiency take-out function.   Applicable to take-out products with short forming cycle or complex automatic. It has ranges of model T1300/T1500/T1700/T1900/T2000/T2500/T3000, with two types of arms, single stage and telescopic; Vertical Stroke: 1300~3000mm. Titan can be added with sub arm for three-plate mold. To take-out at high-speed increases output greatly.   Control System: - With AC servo motor and driver, ensure durability and high performance.   - Micro-computer control system, strong ability of anti-interference, stable production and fast counting.   - Hand-held touch type screen, very easy to set and use.   - TEACH program setting, on working area, you can stop or run at any position any time. Flexible program is applicable to row, stack, label and cut runner etc.   - Automatically detecting , displaying and recording the failures. Convenient to maintain and problem solving.   - CE models are available, conforming with EUROMAP and SPI standard, enclosed standard connect interface.   - Twenty groups of molding memorizing function, it can be set fast while exchanging the mold, convenient for production and increase efficiency.
