High Speed injection molding machine
Jon Wai HS-series machine can easily be configured for various applications by combining a large range of clamp and injection unit, providing high speed mold opening/closing and dual function selecting the optimum installed power level, constructing with the high base to automatic drop, adding special design or high mixing screw with enlarged L/D ratio to 25:1, to increase plasticizing speed and specifying process control features.
The series’ machines offer the high RPM/low torque for housewares and furniture, low M.L.value of P.P. or P.E. resins.
