High Pressure injection molding machine
The HP-series are composed of machines designed for reliability, stability, and precision. For that purpose, the series’ machines offer the precise clamping unit designed to assure uniform clamp-up pressure and minimize platen deflection and deformation, and the hydraulic circuit design for the security and precision test. The development of the injection unit is fulfilled by particular consideration of precision and stability.
It includes injection choices of high-pressure/high-speed or high-pressure/low-speed, and offers Bosch P/Q proportional system. The double-fly High-efficiency screw designed for engineering plastics will increase the speed of material-charging and quality of material-mixing.

PET injection molding machine The PET-series offer a complete package for the production of PET preform, based on the simple economic and in-line screw design for easy-to-operate. Aside form the PET machine, the package includes mold, robotic handling system, granule drying system, recirculating air conditioning for the mold, and refrigeration system. The usage field of PET-series is wide and suitable for wide mouth jars (16 cav./125￠), vast and 5-gallon bottles (4 cav.), cosmetic bottles, water bottles (32 cav.), cooking oil bottles (8 cav./3L), and so on.
